- Limits: To ensure service availability and prevent bot abuse, each user session is limited to a maximum of 10 questions per day.
- Prohibited Behavior: You may not flood the chatbot with spam, attempt to inject malicious code (prompt injection), or reverse engineer the API endpoint.

The chatbot provides automated responses based on our company's knowledge files.- No Contractual Binding: Any pricing estimates, timelines, or availability statements made by the chatbot are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a formal, binding contract. Official project quotes are only issued via direct correspondence and formal agreements.
- Accuracy: While we train the chatbot to be accurate, AI responses may occasionally contain errors.
5. Intellectual Property
All design layouts, styling, custom code, logos, and written content on this site (unless under open source licenses like Tailwind) are the intellectual property of Rolink Media.- Client Project Ownership: For client builds, full ownership of the custom code and asset files is transferred to the client upon final payment, as specified in individual development contracts.
